Only to answer your enquiry and, if you ask, send you a quote. The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you submit the form.

Third parties

• Web3Forms processes the form submission and forwards it to us by email.
• hCaptcha checks that the form is not being sent by a bot.
• Cloudflare hosts the website.

We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to handle your enquiry and at most two years after our last contact.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to terretajazz@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
